Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is responsible for the long term strategy of the five subsidiary organizations, and managing activities under its control across the Company as a whole. The subsidiary companies are most well known for their diverse range of high quality recreational marine products.

The Executive Committee is responsible for planning & coordinating group-wide policy and strategy, and engages in communications with both internal and external stakeholders, including the community we operate in. As the functioning support of the 5 business units, the committee is also in charge of corporate capital policy, capital acquisition and is responsible for activities related to risk management and internal controls on a company-wide basis.

Human Resources & Legal Departments are responsible for activities across a wide range of areas, including global human resources strategy and providing legal work and document management services.
